Waterfront Zourella, full sister to Waterfront Yalumba was awarded Reserve Senior Champion at the South Australian All breeds Junior Heifer Expo. Zourella was paraded by young Simmental enthusiast Joel Stuart from Milang SA.
The Expo is an annual event run at Wayville Showground's in Adelaide for 4 days in mid July and attracted 160 entrants aged from 8 - 23 from all over Australia and New Zealand.
Jan 06 Waterfronts 9-10 month old steers still averaged $701 in a very tough year in the upper southeast of South Australia. The Simmental cross Red Angus steers had an average dressed weight of 197kg with a top of 253 kg dressed sold over hooks to the local supermarket trade.

Congratulations to the Jordan family, Goonoo Creek Simmentals with their recent success at Sydney Show with Junior Champion Female, purchased in-utero with dam Waterfront Xylopia from Waterfront in the 2005 Premier Genetic Simmental Sale.
Waterfront's had another very strong sale at the 2 nd Waterfront Woonallee Premier Genetics Sale at Furner on the 10 th February 2006.Waterfront's Simmental bulls toped $9,500 and averaged $5,500 with a 100% clearance. Waterfront had a successful showing at the 2005 Royal Adelaide Show with Waterfront Usher winning the Sires Progeny for a group of three animals by the same sire. Waterfront's success continued with Waterfront Victory, a 5-year-old cow was awarded Reserve Senior Champion Cow. Waterfront had a very strong showing with 5 head exhibited and receiving 5 individual awards and 2 group awards

Waterfront Tasman was the Senior Champion Bull at the 2000 Simmental National Show and Sale and was purchased by Monreid Simmentals. His progeny highlights have included Monreid Yardstick that was sold in May 2005 to Glen Anthony Simmentals in New Zealand for $25,000. Tasman has also bred broad ribbon winners at the last two Sydney Royal Shows.

10/01/2005 Waterfront sold over hooks 64 x 9-10 month old Simmental / Red Angus cross vealers for an average of $843/head (and with an average dressed weight of 235 kg) to the local supermarket trade.

The Stock Journal held a Centenary ball at Wayville showground's to raise money for charity. Waterfront donated a heifer to be auctioned with all proceeds going to the Royal Flying Doctor Service. The sixteen month old heifer Waterfront Yandina won her class at the SA Junior Heifer Expo. Yandina sold for $5,000 to Woonallee Simmentals at Furner S.A. Waterfront thanks the buyers and all under bidders that helped make the auction successful.

Waterfront had a successful showing at South Australia's all breeds heifer show. Waterfront had three heifers two sired by Woonallee U4 and one sired by Fulham Grange Luke. Waterfront received one first and two thirds in their heifer classes. The heifers were paraded by young cattle enthusiasts Jamie Partridge, Joel Stuart and Kate Nottle.

39 Autumn Drop 9-10 month old Simmental Red Angus cross steers averaged $799 with an average dressed weight of 249kg off grass to the local supermarket trade. July
25 Spring Drop 9-10 month old Simmental X Angus and Red Angus steers averaged $824 with the top pen reaching $912 off grass at Naracoorte's weakly market.
