Kilmander the most successful cow family at Waterfront.
Kilmander was purchased from Avoca Vale as a heifer in 1992, not only is Kilmander an outstanding representation of the Simmental breed. Kilmander herself was Senior and Grand Champion Female at Adelaide show in 1997. At 15 years of age Kilmander is still going strong at Waterfront. It is the way she has bred that really cements her place in history at Waterfront, her progeny continues to be successful in the show and sale ring. But more importantly the future generations are breeding successfully for Waterfront clients and in the Waterfront herd. Highlights of Progeny

- Waterfront Uraidla - sired by Eckersley Jackson - sold for $4,500 at the 2001 Simmental National Show and Sale
- Waterfront Usher - sired by Eckersley Jackson - Senior Herd sire at Waterfront
- Waterfront Yarrow, Waterfront Yorrel and Waterfront Yarcowie – sired by Eckersley Jackson – sold for an average of $5,083 at the 2005 Waterfront/Woonallee Premier Genetics Simmental Sale.
- Waterfront Yatura – sired by Eckersley Jackson. The first daughter ever offered for sale out of Kilmander sold for $5,500 at the 2005 Waterfront/Woonallee Premier Genetics Simmental Sale.
